What do I need to do to try it?

You open the account yourself on the sign-up page. There is no form to fill in and no waiting for a reply; the 7-day free trial starts the moment the account is created.

How many marketplaces can I connect during the trial?

One. Once your account is open you request the other marketplaces in your plan from the support team.

What is the difference between the plans?

Only the number of marketplaces you connect. Marketplace Integration, Campaign Participation and AI Question Answering are switched on in all three, and the cost per channel falls as the channel count rises.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. The prices on this page are annual and include VAT; nothing is added on top.

Can I add marketplaces later?

Yes. Contact the support team to move up a plan; your existing setup and matches are kept.

What happens when the AI credits run out?

Every plan comes with 50 starter credits. When they run out you buy a package of 500 or 1,000; there is no monthly subscription, so an idle month costs nothing.

Is there an extra fee for feeds or product counts?

No. There is no charge for the number of feeds you connect or the products and variants you transfer; the only thing that sets the price is the marketplace count.
