Is the migration really free?
Yes. Our team does the migration and there is no charge for it. Every store can use it, including the Free plan.
Which platforms can you migrate from?
We migrate from platforms such as ikas, Shopify, IdeaSoft, Ticimax, T-Soft, WooCommerce and OpenCart. If yours isn’t listed, choose “Other” in the form and our team will check how your data can be exported.
What is moved, and what isn’t?
Products, variants, categories and brands, product images, SEO titles and descriptions, your customer list and 301 redirects for old URLs are moved. Order history is not part of the migration; we recommend exporting past orders from your old platform as a report and keeping it.
When do the 24 hours start?
As soon as we have all the information, files and access our team asked for. If anything is missing, we tell you straight away.
Will my site go offline during the migration?
No. The migration happens in your new store; your old site stays open and keeps selling until you point your domain to the new store.
Will my Google rankings be affected?
Old product and category URLs are 301-redirected to the new ones, so search engines and previously shared links land on the right page. Rankings are the search engine’s decision, but 301 redirects are the standard way to avoid losses caused by a migration.
Are customer passwords moved too?
For security, passwords can’t be read out of any platform. Your customers regain access with a password reset in the new store.
Do I need to change my domain?
No. You keep your current domain and connect it to your new store once the migration is done.
